November 21 – CDSC: Sharing Native Knowledge Panel, 4-6pm – Floyd Center
On November 21st the Center for Digital Scholarship and Curation will host the “Sharing Native Knowledge” event at the Elson S. Floyd Cultural Center from 4:00 pm-6:00 PM with refreshments served following.
The event will include a screening and panel discussion with representatives from six Columbia Plateau tribes based on their work with the Plateau Peoples’ Web Portal. The videos include traditional dance revival, repatriation, teaching mathematics through traditional practices, treaty education, and an animated coyote story.
