Cheryl Gunselman, manuscripts librarian with Manuscripts, Archives and Special Collections, and Ji Young Kim, a WSU graduate student in anthropology, will jointly present a program called “‘Out There, A Lone Island’ – Exploring Images for Traditional Korean Culture through Film from the Leynse Collection” at 4:30-6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27, in Todd Hall.

The late Humphrey Leynse chronicled Korean culture in the 1960s when he lived on the remote island of Ulleung-do with his wife and infant son and created a film of his time there.
